Can anyone help a bronze 1 out? :D

So i recently got demoted from silver 4 to silver 5 then i got back to silver 4 then back to silver 5 then to bronze 1 which i am now but i cant get out of it.I win.Then i lose.I win then i lose.And its not just the team.I admit it was sometimes my mistakes that got to my demise ( im not one of those guys saying ohh my team feed or that stuff i should be in gold and what not) so i want to ask this.Anyone who has the time and will to help me get back to silver 5 add me on skype and msg me.Btw im on eune server i almost forgot to say that
