question about raise.com

hey all,
so basically I've been selling a few gift cards recently and been using a UK site to sell them on. good thing is that i offer the best discount available so the actual cards sell within minutes even seconds. however, the problem is that the site takes around 2 weeks to payout which is bloody annoying. I came across raise.com which seemed like a decent site to sell on, problem is that it is restricted to US customers/sellers only.
I was wondering is there anyway of getting around this. can't even seem to make an account with them and need phone verification too.
also with my Paypal being in the UK would they realise from that too.
