Not able to open my account

So every time I try to open my account in-game it gets me stuck on this screen . I've waited over 30 minutes and it won't get past this stage. I've ran it through with Chrome, Firefox, Carbon 1.7.5, Le Bot 8.4, and Dark Mystic v4.0 so I've tried almost all methods and it won't get past this. Does anyone have anything that can help me?

I can't see the image, but is it a white screen?

Unfortunatly, I've been having the white screen issue aswell.

I've tried updating Flash Player 4 times, reinstalling, enabling Flash Player in all browsers, tried several bots.

The white screen appears on all bots, I've tried everything so far, even cleaning cookies...

Does anyone have any tip?

The white screen of death is an issue with the current protection your computer has installed automatically, there's a post about the "current flash player issue" on the battleon section with a fix, although temporary, the problem you've been getting is ocurring to me aswell, and i cant seem to find a fix right now, any help would be highly appreciated.

Googler: does closing Le Bot and opening again fix it? That kind of problem happens to me as well, and this method helps. Also restarting your computer might help.

As for the white screen bug, you have to uninstall update KB3132372. You'll need to go through Windows Update, check your update history and uninstall it from there.
