Suggestion : Make eBay refunding against rules

I don't think we should allow eBay scamming on the site. It's one thing to refund multi-billion dollar sites such as Amazon and Apple, but it's really fucked up to be refunding from eBay sellers who are just normal people like us. It's just morally wrong to do eBay refunding, and I think we should make a rule that would ban people who do it.

    Thoughts?

I really don't like the thought of eBay refunding in most circumstances. There are, however, powersellers on eBay which moves an extraordinary amount of product each day who are essentially the same thing as refunding big name businesses. Many businesses also have fronts on eBay.

yeah 3rd party sellers are just normal beings and not multi-billionaire, Ebay should have stricter rules on refunding. Also, just checked, it is possible for a seller to put NO REFUNDs for their items once sold.

It doesn't matter what you put. eBay buyer protection trumps any seller policy. You are essentially forced to do refunds and most happen through paypal chargebacks anyway.
