Well i went over to his house today and i tried it out i did the Chest back arms and the back (Basicaly all upper boddy) and by the 45 min i was about to say fuck it im done ahah but i keep going thru but that fucking workouts a bitch any1 here ever done it? And also the yoga is fucking gay

lmao kid i do Prison workouts like the shyt they do in prison haah and i can tell you the stuff i do and the workout and routines and stuf but im 15 and i can barley get 280 its sucks but yea if oyu want ill giv eoyu the workout and routine i do but if you want to get get stamina do 10 count burpess and when you get to the push ups you do navy seals =)
