you'll have to figure out how to convert it to a .gif to use it

I've tried converting but it messes the entire gif up.

certainly is noticeable but it works for a banner tbh. although 700x is kinda big lol. maybe if you try to scale or crop it down to like 500x the quality loss wouldn't be as noticeable?
