1 - set XP lobby up (dvar)
2 - go in to private match
3 - make sure you have lobby tools on
4 - hit f5 until the lobby starts searching for players
5 - hit f3 to force start the game
6 - when lobby start paste this dvar in the console: scr_dm_scorelimit 0;scr_dm_timelimit 0

Have fun, your lobby is now public and the xp will go towards your statistics
