The "EVGA 04G-P4-3975-KR" is great, GTX 970 and will run every game at high setting (But i don't know about 4K)
It's 330$ (Trust me, the extra bucks are worth it), but the "EVGA 02G-P4-2966-KR" GTX 960 is also great (210$)
    Whatcha lookin' at

Thanks for answering my question, but unfortunately, I'm going to have to cut my budget to $200 so what's the best around there?

    The best around 200$ (IMO) is MSI 960 2GD5T/Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5

I can't sit around and let these people unload the dogshit Radeon cards in here, be a smart person and get an nVidia card. They consume half as much power, produce half as much heat, and are quieter. If you're looking for a cheap card that lasts 8 months before it dies, go for the Radeon.

960 or 280X, 960 is more efficient but I believe 280x can give better performance? not 100% sure but that seems like the case. Either way both great cards
