NWZLauncher Application stop working

So my problem is that when i launche the app i'm getting this error ( the language of my win7 is greek but i hope that you can understand..) :

Try reinstalling the game and see if that works. Also, is it your first time playing this game?

From what i can see your PC isn't that good. Btw why would you buy it from plaisio?

Actually i didn't buy my pc from plaisio, from plaisio are the windows where i installed, thats why you see the logo of plaisio ! Anyway i reinstall the game but i have the same problem ! Any other ideas ? I have to tell you that sometimes the game is launching normal, but after i close and i want to play again i have the problem.. Thanx again for your help !!!
