    PayPal Question

    So I filed a claim with Paypal for an order over 1000. 12 days passed without a response from the seller so I finally called them up because I knew the limit was 10 days. The customer service rep said she would submit a request and that I would hear back within a day. So today I get an email saying although the seller has not replied, we are going to continue to investigate for another 15 days. WTF? Anyone know why they would do this and how long they can hold my money for? It's $1000 and I can't just wait for it forever.
