Well, two hours of debugging and testing and I've managed to find some important things inside the memory of Rainbow Six
You see the game resets everything every game you play, this means that if you set your kills to 10, that game will show that you've gotten 10 kills but then next game will reset back to 0 kills.
There is no possible way to stop the Score/Kills/Deaths/Assists/Connection from resetting, the game will crash if you try to "freeze" them.
Some positive information:
There are a group of addresses
(example: - 2EF5CCAA000-2EF5CCDD334 )
These addresses range from 2EF5CCAA to 2EF5DD (( THEY ALL DO NOT JUST END AT DD OR D (( THE WILL CONTINUE THE ALPHABET ))
( That example is just a basic address, when you score hack; there will be a different address every time the game is exited and re-launched )
These "groups" each change the value of in-game stats such as:
-Score
-Kills
-Deaths
-Assists
-Connection
-Experience
-Operator
-Map Spawn Location
-Loadout
-Game Loss
-Game Win
-Spectator Mode
-Death Mode
-Multiplayer Game
-Spectator Game
-End Of Match Scenario
-And other in-depth stats-
These are just the many possibilities of the games "statistics"
As far as I know the Renown has very many addresses but it is not possible to change them yet..
Here are some games I've played while editing the games "stats" below.
As of now I will be working on the game as much as i can and I will try to find a bug or exploit to make continuous games get max renown and exp.

Now increase the time delay, it started to move after about 90 seconds to get prestige
Intercept the packets and edit it when it's sent to the server, bam you got your renown, risky but rewarding.
