So maybe you've heard that reading experienced developer's code is a good way to learn. I 100% agree, but the only problem is I have no idea where I can find good quality, well written C# code to read? Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds good, I'll check it out! Thanks!
You can search for and purchase enterprise quality libraries for c-sharp which usually come with the source code. The source is well-written, well-structured, and well-documented and I think it's what you're looking for.
Check dotnetpearls. I use that a lot to reference but also look around on Google. There are plenty of sites such as csharpcorner.
Like @Yamiez said look on ******, how ever try to look at the repos with more stars / forks as they are more popular and should be more decent. Some new repos tend to be a bit.. Not so good.
