Does anyone know how to make a paypal account not limited without doing the steps it asks you to do?

there is no way, if you do put fake info or whatever you risk ur pp getting limited later

Putting fake info on your Paypal will get you limited, it's inevitable. Only way to avoid getting limited is adding legit info and not doing anything suspicious.
