Cover Feedback

As some of you know, I do covers as a hobby. I loooove Japanese songs (I prefer off-vocals/instrumentals but hey!).

I'm a bit nervous and shy posting this because it's my third attempt but I need feedback, I'm currently testing some voice effects as well as mixing and mastering a song (volume, EQ, etc.)

I don't speak Japanese so my Japanese is terribly, someone who speaks Japanese and listen to my cover will die. So please don't consider that.

Here are the effects I used:
- Distortion
- Reverb
- Mid pass EQ filter (I think it's called like that)

The video is not mine neither the subtitles (That's why it's de-synced at the end -I think I found a different version-)

And yes. I'm male. My voice is... -girly-

Pretty much, my friend doesn't believe it's you singing because it sounds really good.

I guess it's 60% vocal effects and 40% of my actual voice.

I have been listening a cover for almost a month in order to do this. :P
