I had a little Chat with the g2a Support. Now they seem quite legit lol

*First thing today, for me it was NOT about the actual money, its was about principle*

The Sitation.
I sell stuff on g2a from time to time, and buy from time to time.
Now something weird happend. Its ok they take available balance for commission. But just wtf
I had about 5€ unavailable balance (on hold for about 7 days because of selling stuff for about 7-8€). So i wanted to buy something for 5€. So what i need is pay 5€ from paypal so i have enough balance. Makes sense? right? For g2a staff probably not. Since I had to to pay the selling fees twice...so i had 2.90€ left from the money i wanted to use for the product i was going to buy...So in short: I sold for ~7€, got 5€ after commision, 5€ on hold for 14 days, 7 days later they take balance i just load to account and hold that to...

Is this...strange...or am I thinking the wrong way?
Btw.: If you want to make fun of me and the staff members, here is the chat log. (first german, but was forwared to a "Specialist" (lol) that only spoke englich, ok the "german lady" did barely speak german)

And sorry i was drunk :P Probably you get me, probably I just didnt get it. Whats your opinion about this, without having the actual amount in mind :P In the end...i spent 1 and a half hour for nothing arguin with that soab for 2€ without getting ANYTHING. But i had good lols and was drunk.

Just wanted to note. I just loaded the missing 2€ onto my account and bought the item anyway.
