I've been around in the marketplace for a while checking stuff out buying accounts and refunds. Through my own SE skills I was able to find out private refunding methods on multiple sites. I also know how to make Paypal accounts without the need of social security numbers. However the service I am offering is for outside US residents and even residents who want to have packages reshipped. I am going to be offering drops throughout my state in order to let buyers send their packages somewhere safe, or if you have a blacklisted address on any website I will allow you to send a package to one of my drops. I reside in Idaho so that's where I'd be shipping out of. Let me know if any of you would be interested in my service.
