Perhaps he was busy/offline at the time. Also the thread would be closed if he/she sees fit or if the OP requests for it and since it's a discussion, I'd imagine it would go for a bit longer.

Also, yes the game can detect the same signature twice but I'd imagine people would use the signature change tool that Merccy2 released to bypass this issue

VAC updates are silent and they have nothing to do with csgo updates.

Game update doesn't update VAC, only offsets and shit.
Vac is sleeping for sure, you know that cause all the public paid cheat providers have not been hit for over 13 months.
