Try remove totaliten.bsv or nutella if have at your bs folder ..and try restart pc then if not work also ..the final thing you have to do is reinstall

Done all already. Reinstalled but the problem it still there.

Close all programms opened while you are playing blackshot.
Try unistall blackshot using REVO Uninstaller for remove all registry about oBlackShot from ur computer.
After this use Ccleaner and clean ur registry.
Re-start pc and install BlackShot again.
