Unmigrated alts...

I'm having trouble with the entire alt thing. So a lot of people on here have set up shops were you buy alts for cheap. I've heard of cracking, but some people say it doesn't work anymore. The only way I've seen so far on how to get accounts is just to buy them. So do people just buy accounts from others, and then resell them? Or is there another way to get alts? Any help would be great .

There is definitely a way to get alts, and there are 2 ways I can think of. Cracking and phishing.
