Not alot happened, most of it was predictable. Rokuro turned badass at the end and what not. Could be an interesting one.

After watching Episode 2 I take back my previous "boring" statement it's cliche but episode has a really good fight scene that got me hyped for the rest of the show.

Enjoyable yet very generic anime. Dense MC with a bad past suddenly meets the girl who he initially argues with all the time but then they fall in love, kill some final boss and live happily ever after. Pretty much the same as most of the anime of the genre released within the last 3 years. Doesn't hold a candle to Ao no Exorcist.
