    Question Quest Loading

    Is it reasonably safe to quest load to get rare items? Or have they cracked down on it, as they say?

    If you refer to using ID and then access the quest by it, then yes, it's safe.

    You can view the quests, accept them and collect all the requirements to complete them but when you attempt to turn the quest in, it will fail. Only some rare quests will work, if you are planing on trying to get the old Miltonius items or something like that it will not work.
