I've experienced a lot regarding Amazon, and I can assure Amazon won't and CAN'T track your iPhone under any circumstances, that would techincally be illegal. They only track their own devices(kindles, phones, etc.). Good luck!

Thanks for the reinsurance, you guys made me feel alittle more relieved about this.. Is there anyone who could help me with a refund? I got a cis email saying my claim of a lost phone was false but it was nothing serious, im willing to pay like 10% +105$ worth of itunes cards

Yes they try to lie & scare you, a buddy of mine came across a refund, and Amazon tried to threaten him saying they can look up police reports, because they are on a public domain.

A few days later, he chatted with a manager and he said Amazon can not "look up" police reports.......they would need the URL of the report. So the police reports should be private.
