and yes you will most likely be banned for hacking with them even though you dont show any visible signs of hacking

there was one in the room who got kicked because the GM can see that he have an external program running with Combat Arms (hack most likely)

IP range ban
Usually IP changers only change part of your IP
Nexon will probably add a IP searcher, that gets you actual IP, and ban every one around that IP

Or it could just be some one testing a VIP hack (Maybe it's dave )
