    Bought new speakers

    So I just bought some speakers (Logitech S-120) and I hear the static noise when i plug in my headphones into them. I don't think it's a motherboard thing since the speakers don't do that noise, unless I plug in the headphones. Any ideas?

    You get a static sound when you plug it in halfway, hopefully that's it as thats extremely simple
