.lua hack doesnt work

Hi, I just tried installing the iphlpapi.dll game mod for PAYDAY 2 and now when i run the game it opens up a console and then crashes. it shows error 0xc0000142. Is there a fix for this? I have all the files in my payday 2 folder but the game does not start up. if I remove all the files the game will startup. If you need error logs or things like that, just ask. Also tell me where i can find those logs. Thanks to whoever responds.
