Smart band or smart watch?

I need your opinion!
What's better smart band or smart watch? If you have any idea what's better post me a link and I'll check it out. I just need something to track my activity, sleep, something that shows me the time and something to sync. with my phone, so I'll recieve notification if someone calls me or if I recieve SMS.

The Fitbit Charge or FitBit Charge+ Hearbeat would suit your needs quite ideally if I'm not mistaken.

They may look a bit pricey depending on how much you want to spend, but trust me, it's completely worth it.

Though I never used one personally I am a huge fan of the Charge HR. It's practical in size while still keeping functionality. I can Get you one for cheap if you like just PM ME .

What do you think about fitbit Surge guys? Anyone uses it? It's mix of band and watch.. I like it I'm deciding between moto 360, razer nabu and fitbit surge. Want to find the best one
