[Semi-Release] M16A3 to TAR21

Okay, this will be my second mod.
Requested by a Choob with a username as XuansonOn.
If was going to switch textures but
my texture skills failed me.
Anyway I'm releasing it as TAR21 Camo.
Place Attachment .rez file into your game folder.
Remember to keep .rez back up file if you don't want it anymore.
To make the scope work, buy one in the shop and attach it.
Don't forget to Thank me if you're using this mod.

LOL Sorry about that because I used a M16A3 to Aug A1 Black before and it won't change the name back. Also when I kill people with the M16 it shows a G36E icon. I think I should re-install CA.
