Is there anyone on here that can do a refund for me, AUNR started it 4 days ago and i received an email on monday from amazon stating that they could not issue a refund atm as the authorisation could not be giving, pease contact us again in 48 hours for authorisation, that should have been Tuesday but he will not reply to me on Skype, just now he replied and said that the excuse he used was empty box, the item is a computer worth £1600 can anyone fix this for 10% ?
