I prefer nightcored versions of some songs because they are slow. For example, 'Zombie' by The Cranberries

If a song is too slow I just increase its tempo (changes speed without affecting pitch).

Some songs do sound pretty good nightcore'd though, like these (warning: opinions may vary ;D)

If the song's too slow then just click on the gearwheel and speed it up, I remember watching these Albin & the chipmunks videos some years ago, seems like they have made it into a "genre" and renamed it.
