Not good enough to get the performance you should be getting, actually look at the power supply. Doubt you could hold a 1070 and OC.

You could, the new GPU's are very good on power consumption, the 1080 only needs 1 PCIe power connector, this means it can draw a max of 150w. the 1070 should be less.
