I ignored this fact, I wrote him only once about it, he didn't reply and then after a while he opened a dispute on PayPal. I didn't want to waste time with it and I spoke to him and told him that I'll refund his money and he pays once again as friends because dispute was opened wrongfully.

Yeah, he got 2x EVGA 04G-P4-2983-KR GeForce GTX 980 SC Gaming ACX 2.0 Graphics Card for free. I offer quality services to my customer, I am friendly with everyone, I ignored the fact that he paid half of price because there were few like him but none opened a PayPal dispute after they paid. And the problem is that he also paid less, now he got all the money back.

Should make an anonymous tip to his local authorities that he's in the possession of stolen goods from the Amazon Warehouse. I'm sure if enough of us do it, they'll eventually investigate haha.
