I have been banned multiple times for reasons unknown, stemming from a ban on my original account for "self-vouching" even though I was not providing a service at the time. This most recent ban was on an account and I was banned for scamming, after my first post.

Trodnik is the original account
Grodnik is the account which was probably banned for 'self vouching'
Pelag is the account I just tried to use for a league of legends service but was banned for scamming.

I was banned originally for 'self-vouching' for the harder's CS:GO shop. I have no idea why they would think an ip from the USA is the same as the ip from EU.

Your account "Grodnik" and "Trodnik" were banned permanently for "Self-Vouching" with it by @BACKD00R. You are NOT allowed to create another account without making an unban appeal, that is the whole meaning of "ban evasion".

I completely understand the ban evasion part, but what I do not understand is the fact that I was even banned for self vouching when I had no service of my own to vouch for. Thank you for responding and I'll wait for BACKD00R's response.
