Depends on what you use to pay with. Some payment providers have a limit. For example; paying by phone.
PayPal doesn't have this, if they do make multiple PayPal accounts?

I'm using the website boglagold which does have limits depending on the ID you show. I've maxed it out and it's not enough for what I'm in need of.

and yeah I'd love to make multiple accounts but I can't use the same card on multiple accs :|

This is typical scam going around. There is no limit on gold selling sites, hes going to ask you to buy gold and give it to him and then he will do a chargeback on paypal.

Actually there are limits, otherwise people could buy billions with cracked paypal accounts and then just chargeback making the gold seller lose a lot of money. However, I agree with you, this guy could just buy BTC as there is no limit.
