I've also sold my first copy, only 2 copies left at 50 dollars, also I have added a new section in the e-book, where people who buy it decide what new information should be put on the e-book. I have answered 3 questions in the domain where this fellow is not too good in, and have tried to explain it in the best way so he could understand, waiting on the vouch copy.

What karukexx said is true, there are no private methods, just variations of methods that haven't been leaked. If you mix the methods up, it can drastically change from an investigation to a refund.

Just purchased the 2nd copy of this ebook so I'm going to be giving my opinions on this. I can see a great deal of time has been put into writing the ebook. The ebook itself is very detailed and is not just some PDF file. The beginning briefly tells you what tools you will need in order to refund, then comes the methods. It describes the methods thoroughly and tells you which one is the best one to use in which certain situation. Thorough steps and examples are included in each method telling you exactly what to say and how the rep might respond. I might be exaggerating a little too much but IMO, it basically spoon-feeds you the refunds. You can just copy and pasta what the author says or you can re-word it a little bit to give your own twist. The ebook also includes how to stabilize your accounts, whether fresh or aged ones to continually stay open so you can do refunds on them (perfect for dropshippers). Last but not least, I had a couple of questions and wanted to know certain methods/ways and the author happily supplied that information and incorporated it into the ebook as well.

If I purchased this ebook first instead, it would've helped me so much instead of finding out how reps respond myself when I first started doing refunds. I have purchased a couple of amazon ebooks but this is actually the best one out there and the cost for it is pretty low. I definitely recommend anyone getting into refunds for the first time and has no idea what to say or how to deal with responding to reps to try this ebook out, I promise you won't regret it.
