Every time I download this and UnRar it comes up as just .exe file, no .dll or anything.

EDIT: I just DL'd the original from Catalyst, but now a new problem appears... when i start it up, it says ''Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this file'' Is there a certain change i need to make to the cmd line or something else in the "properties" of the .exe file?

I don´t know if it´s safe to use it in the 1.0.184 version.
maybe it´s patched and u get a ban afterwards.
