How do you add the skype add me button to threads

Hi just need some quick help. When i take the link from the skype add me button creating website it only shows up as a link. But A lot of people are able to have that skype image add me button and it is an image that links to your skype. this is what it looks like when i copy and paste it.

put your skype username where it says to
copy the bbcode (type 2 worked for me, 1 fucked up)
paste it
