Does anybody here have any experience in astral projection?

I'm currently trying but I only get to the point when my body starts to vibrate. I kind of get excited and don't really know how to get out of my body. My heart rate also significantly increases. I sometimes feel like I'm either falling or raising and it's all so confusing.
