Hello, I've 100$ and wanted to buy gaming set from amazon, any suggestions?

by gaming set you mean keyboard and mouse? If so it'll be hard to get a good programmable mouse for less thatn 60$ and a good keyboard will probably cost you more than that as well.

The mouse you should get is the razer chroma in my opinion

Grab a good mouse like the g502 and spend the rest on a keyboard that looks nice, kb doesnt matter for games

Always loved the razer stuff. Razer has some nice programmable stuff. I'm a razer user, got a razer deathadder on the way. Using a razer deathstalker right now. Never tried logitech, but they got programmable stuff too. Not sure if it will meet your budget

Razer Blackwidow Chroma is an awesome keyboard, but it will cost more than $100...
Try saving the money now and buy a better keybaord/mouse when you got more money?
$100 isn't really enough for good keyboard and mouse tho..

Get some Logitech mouse like Windoge mentioned they have great drivers

I used to have Razer everything, It's crap... After Razer Naga and Razer Mamba I got a Zowie EC1-A and I wouldn't get a Razer mouse again. Good quality mouse. I wouldn't recommend spending much on a keyboard, just get some standard looking, black logitech one I guess.

Yesterday I've refunded XBOX Controller and the reason for refunding it was It is BAD Quality..
To whom who has expierence what to say when i refund this mouse too?
Would saying it is bad quality too work? If not what to say?

Generally ask here but a solid method is probably saying that you did not receive the item.
Say the box arrived and you got the receipt but your item was not in there. Sometimes they actually don´t put the item in there, not on purpose though.

Since you recently did a refund/replacement or whatever I suggest to "stay" low so you don´t get your adress blackmailed
