I can make a VCC in any name. I am unsure if withdrawing to it will work no ones has tried.

Send the money in your pp to another one that you can use a bank account with

i think you can use greendot prepaid cards to withdraw money into the card, but i'm not sure if you can turn it into cash.

Here's how:

Convert it to bitcoin.

Buy a prepaid bitcoin debit card.

Withdraw it from any ATM that supports VISA/MasterCard.

@IAmTheTofu Just send the funds to your normal PayPal with your bank and cashout from there.

Send money > Friends and family > Cashout on your real PayPal.
