I agree with czar but i have to add i think the flow in the top right corder does go against the grain somewhat. Also it is a tad sharp in places and the colours could have been a bit more vivid. Part from that keep up the good work.

Upper-right corner ruins the flow, either fix it, or make the sig have a dual-flow.
Render-blending is brilliant, I love it alot, good job on that.
Color scheme is well-done.
left 'n lower-right spots are very empty, maybe expand the effects thingies or reduce the size?
Text is too bold for this one, though, at the other hand, I like it.
Lightning is too much, tone it down a bit.
Your eyes do go to the focal(Gaara)but the depth is kinda worthless, maybe blur the background, or the outer sides of the effect a bit more?
