Create account in Battle.Net; Set Region to Germany when Creating.
Use EU.Battle.Net (Can buy anything on the store)
Choose (whatever you want to buy)
Click buy, then when you get to payment option screen, click on Direct Debit
Use fake details on it
That's it.
