so I have bought an account from one of the users here. I had logged on and good okay lets play next morning "Your account is restricted" I am scared because I am only 13 years old and no I dont use hacks. But I really want it Un-Restricted as I done nothing wrong?

you've done something wrong.
you bought an account and that counts as multiaccounting and multiaccounting is bannable if im right.
in other words u need to appeal but your rank will be gone if you will be unrestricted/unbanned.
and how osu/bancho/peppy knows you're multiaccounting/bought an account. your ip/hwid/uninstall id (if im right) are different.
you COULD say u logged in from another pc but that wont help if they look at your previous plays on how u played and how u play right now (Better or worse or different playstyle)
