I suppose an executable, loads a .dll. If you want to alter it use a debugger, but ur better off just recoding the source. There's no magic program that's gonna make it easy though. You need to know what ur doing.

I need to delete from cheats one control that spam then i do a headshot look like a raclame and its spam chat and i want to delete that. I found a program but then i delete that spam problem the hack isnt working anymore ;/ is any suggestions? (its says bad image after i inject)

probably the way its coded is so that if you just flat out NOP the messaging the hack will stop working. You can try a couple approaches. Just change what it says, and leave it alone, or try to figure out what the problem might be. If its one of those public VIP hacks, then its probably packed. Try looking up this program PeID to see what its packed with...
