Need some legal help about "School law"

Basically, I think I caused some concerns at my school a few months ago after reporting a shit ton of vulnerabilities in our schools grading system.

After this concern by them, the school has started specifically targeting me and attempting to monitor my connection. I have proof that it's them (read the spoiler if you're interested.)

My legal question is this. Basically, I was in a meeting with the associate principal to talk about my concerns about the invasion of privacy. For some reason you can join my school wifi without accepting any use policies (and no these internet use policies are not listed in our student handbook rather a separate document that you only agree while connecting to the guest wifi) Anyways, after knowing that I was being monitored, I believed that they were invading my privacy which is what I talked to the associate principal about my 4th amendment rights and how the school was violating the states wiretap laws. My associate principal said that schools had more permissions than police, apparently some bullshit called "School law". Can anyone please cite some laws that can help my case against the school? I would greatly appreciate it.



Why I know it's the school monitoring me:

Every once in a while while on the school wifi I get a XARp (ARP Poison Detector) alert saying that I am being ARP attacked and sometimes Chrome warns me about certificate errors on sites such as Gmail/Google Drive. You may be thinking "Can't anyone initiate an ARP attack on your network?". It's actually not the case. Unless there is some new magic ARP attacking utility, the standard arpspoof, cain & abel, debookee, and a few other programs are completely useless due to the networks infrastructure of switches. The only way the attack could be initiated is by manually changing ARP tables which requires authentication. Some of you may be thinking that the switches got compromised, but I believe that to be highly unlikely due to the need of a signed RSA key to login. Finally, my most convincing evidence is when I said that Gmail and Google Drive was reporting a bad certificate I actually viewed the invalid certificate. The invalid certificate was a root-signed certificate from Cisco which means they signed it themselves. A couple of my friends also have similar programs installed and they never have experienced anything like this.

I really don't think this den of trolls and Eurofags is the right place ,but this "school law" shit is nonsense. A school private or public cannot go against your 4th amendment. I'd try to get an actual lawyer and ask them about it. Some lawyers do either free or very cheap consultations in person or over the phone.

I would assume that they are talking about the terms of service and policy you agree to every time you connect to their network. In a legal battle you are most likely not going to win since you choose to use their service and they don't force you to do so.

Trust me I have checked, there is absolutely no where where it states I agree to anything in the student handbook or any notification. I need to be notified that I am accepting the ToS when I connect which I am not.

Just so you know, most of your personal rights are stripped from you even if you are 18, and attend a public school my man. You don't get most rights that you get elsewhere, otherwise you wouldn't get in trouble for using profanity at all as the 1st amendment gives "freedom of speech", inside the school they can do as they please with you until the end of the day.

there is no getting around that, Supreme court rulings etc.
