Just wondering what are your thoughts on Animal Shock Collars.

If you do not know what that is it's a Collar that shocks animals for doing something bad or good. I think it's not right but what do you think?

Shock collars are used for keeping your runners from running and also yeah doing bad things.

Usually have a radius set around your house and if they try to run out of it they will get shocked lol.

Definition of weapon:

A shock collar is made to hurt pets in order to teach them not to go past a certain point or for other reasons. By the definition it is a weapon, however non-lethal. Sort of like a taser. Cops must be tased themselves so that they fully understand what that weapon does before using it on someone else. Before using a shock collar, follow standards and use this non-lethal weapon on yourself before you decide to use it on others. Even if others include your pets.

Aggressive breeds of dogs are unpredictable, I think aggressive breed dogs should have them around their necks just in case.

Shock collars and other similar 'training' devices are for the feeble-minded, and those without the dedication to actual train a dog.
My dog is calm, never runs, barks about every blue moon, and isn't aggressive in any way shape or form.

Would you figure that, training a dog with positive reinforcement actually works.
