MD5 Hash Changing

Looks at CSGO Public Hacks, (been messing around with them for the past few days), I have come to the conclusion that VAC detects hacks using MD5 Hashes against a known database. Now, of course, all pub hacks end up getting detected eventually, and I am sure VAC uses more than just MD5 to detect cheaters, but would it be advantageous to rotate the MD5 Hash of the hack file every few hours? Would this make it more difficult to get banned? Or am I wasting my time?
