    Help

    Right now im on a trip in portugal and i am having sleeping problems, it originally took 2-3 hours, now its taking about 30 min to 1 hour after i started to sleep in my mothers room. I really cant sleep that well and i need help trying to solve it any suggestions.

    count from 100 to 0.Everytime you count down say twice in your head "relax" "relax".So 100 relax relax,99 relax relax and so on.Sounds stupid af but it actually work sometimes.I usally fell asleep at 85. :P

    Stress is a very common cause of bad sleeping. Don't know if that's in your case but something to think about.
