The main reason i do this is because i think a lot of stuff too when i am about to sleep.But when i try this i stick with it and even if i think over stuff in the process it works.Just try it out you don't have anything to loose anyway

workout, like do pushups, situps etc, it makes you exhausted so when u go to bed it helps.
