How does watching anime make you immature? If you grow out of something, sure. But saying it's aimed towards a specific audience is extremely wrong given the amount of genre's that exist for an older audience.

Yeah sure, you can say CoD is aimed towards adults yet it appeases to children still, but I'm speaking outside of just "watching". Taking the time to actually discuss what the series was about or what it was supposed to tell you isn't something that 12 year olds do. They watch it for the adrenaline rush then move on.
