That's a good photo, but the baby kind of puts me off, sorry.

The house could've been rendered a bit more properly.
And the highlights and shadows on the house could've been fixed to fit the lighting in the piece

I really like it but i think its not done yet as @High said i think you have to put shadows and fix the lighting.The sky with the rest of the image you need to fix it.Around the points that connect wih the rest of the image it feels really unnatural...can't explain it well in eglish but i hope i get my point accross.The house colour i think it needs ajustements.Last but not least the render of the baby.I feel like you made the ajustement on its size and you didn't hold Shift not sure tho.Overall i like it but i feel you should really change the shadows/lighting its the main problem imo.

All in all it's a very good photo manipulation piece. The separate elements could blend a little better with some adjustments to your levels. If you haven't already, playing with matte painting on top of photo manipulation is a good idea.
